
The organization rejects Ibn Salman’s participation in the G20 summit in Argentina

Salam International Organization for the Protection of Human Rights - SPH, had followed up with the arrangements of the (G-20) summit, scheduled for (November 30th and December 1st 2018) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, which is known as the (Buenos Aires summit 2018), it is the eleventh summit of the Group of Twenty, discussing the most salient economic issues that affect the international economy.
The Group of Twenty includes twenty different countries, namely: United States, China, Argentina, Turkey, United Kingdom, South Africa, South Korea, Russia, Mexico, Japan, Italy, Indonesia, Germany, France, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Argentina, A representative of the European Union and Saudi Arabia. It also includes a lot of Guest states, likely to include Egypt, Spain and Netherlands.
The Organization knew that the Saudi Crown Prince/ Mohammed Bin Salman will represent the Kingdom in this summit.
Regarding the recent events, which have illustrated the role of Saudi officials in the deteriorating human rights situation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against activists and dissidents demanding economic and political reforms in the Kingdom, most notably the journalist “Jamal Khashoggi“, who was brutally assassinated, the crime that is contrary
to the most elementary principles of humanity, the Organization demands the European Union and the G20 member States to take a rejecting stance against the participation of “Mohammed bin Salman” at the summit, in view of these violations.
The Organization also demands the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia the immediate cessation of the violations they commit against Saudi citizens, and the genuine cooperation to establish the circumstances of the assassination of the journalist “Jamal Khashoggi“.
