The High State Prosecution ordered imprisonment of 7 defendants including “Ziad Al-Elimy” and“Omar Al-Shenity” for 15 days pending investigations in case no. 930 of 2019, also known as “Hope Plan”.

Then, after 17 days of enforced disappearance, student “Taqwa Abdelnasser” appeared in High State Security Prosecution, which ordered her 15 days pending investigations in the same case.

The organization condemns all these proceedings as they violate the Egyptian Constitution and Law, and demands that the Prosecution validates their charges, and stresses that the Ministry of Interior should have legally investigated this case before Naming them in such statement.
